Deal with the plant, not a middleman.

Many packaging suppliers don't print anything. They take your order, place it with a plant they don't own and add their margin on the way through. When a run goes wrong, you are two phone calls away from anyone who can fix it.

Set up for the tenth order, not just the first.

Most wholesale accounts carry several SKUs and reorder on a schedule. Here is what stays consistent from one run to the next.

  • One quote for the whole line

Every size and design in your range is quoted together, so the program is priced as a whole rather than SKU by SKU.

  • Reorders that match the first run

Reorders run in the same facility from the files you approved. Volume pricing is set out in the quote, so the next order can be planned before this one ships.

  • Supplier documentation on file

We are SQF certified for food-contact packaging. When a retailer or auditor asks for your packaging supplier's credentials, the certificate comes from us.

  • Food-contact materials

The PET outer layer meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1630, and material spec sheets come with the quote.

  • A signed proof before every run

Every job gets a digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you approve it.

From first brief to finished run.

  1. Send the brief

Industry, quantity and timing, plus anything else in the message box. The form takes about a minute, or call and talk it through.

  2. Get your quote in 1 business day

A wholesale specialist replies with pricing for your spec, volume tiers side by side, and a production schedule for your quantity.

  3. Approve the proof

We prepare a digital proof from your print-ready files, and nothing goes to press until you sign off. If you need a dieline, we supply one for your size at no charge.

  4. We print, convert and ship

Your job runs on our presses in Oak Park, Michigan. Pouches ship flat, and rollstock ships on the core and width your line runs.

Print-ready files move fastest: AI, PDF or EPS with fonts outlined, 1/8" bleed, and raster images at 300 DPI.

Are you a manufacturer or a broker?

A manufacturer: every job is printed and converted on our own presses in Oak Park, Michigan.

We don't place your order with another plant, and there is no broker margin in the price.

What certifications and documents can you provide?

Our facility is SQF certified for food-contact packaging, and we provide the certificate on request.

The PET film meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1630, and material spec sheets come with the quote. Child-resistant closures are tested to ASTM D3475-20 and CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20, with certificates of compliance on request.

Can one program cover several SKUs?

Yes, list your SKUs in the message box and the quote prices the full set together.

Each SKU is one size and one design. The quote shows how the per-unit cost changes across volume tiers.

What does switching from our current supplier involve?

Send us your current spec sheet and artwork files, and we quote and proof against them.

If you don't have a dieline for the size, we make one at no charge. Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof.

What do you need from me to quote rollstock?

Your film structure (or ask us to specify one), roll width, core size, maximum outer diameter, unwind direction and seal type.

We offer 3" and 6" cores and fin or lap seals. Your co-packer's machine spec sheet usually covers the rest.

How long does production take?

Your specialist gives you a production schedule for your exact quantity in the quote, before you commit.

The schedule runs from proof approval. If you are working to a launch date, put it in the timeline field and we plan back from it.

How is volume pricing structured?

The per-unit price falls as quantity rises, and the quote sets the tiers side by side so you can see where the next break sits.

Because we run the presses, there is no broker margin in the number.

What if our run is smaller?

Smaller runs go through our online ordering, which starts at 100 units per SKU.

The wholesale team quotes production programs, and the volume bands it covers are listed on the form.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States, from our plant in Oak Park, Michigan.

Give your specialist the ship-to address and freight is quoted alongside the job.

Send us your spec. Get a quote in 1 business day.
