Every pouch we print, as the exact sheet our press runs. Download the size you ordered, put your artwork on it, and send it back. When we update a template, this page updates with it.

How to use the template
- Open the PDF in Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign. The sheet is the full print area with bleed already included. The front panel is at the top. The back panel is at the bottom, upside down on the sheet and right way up on the bag. On a stand-up, the gusset is the band in the middle.
- The blue marks are ours. The outer line is the cut, the dashed lines are folds, the dotted box is the safe zone for text and logos, and the tinted bands are the heat seals, the zipper, the tear notch and the hang hole you picked above. They are a non-printing spot colour called dieline. Leave them where they are, on their own layer, and don't recolour or delete them.
- Keep words and logos out of the tinted bands and at least 1/8 in inside the cut line. Run backgrounds and photos all the way to the edge of the sheet. The bleed is 0.079 in on the sides and 0.125 in top and bottom, and it's already part of the sheet.
- CMYK, 300 dpi images at size, fonts outlined. Don't add a white or varnish layer. We handle those on press.
- Export a PDF and send it back. Reply to your order email, or send it to weborders@brandmybags.com with your order number. We place it on the press sheet, and you approve a proof before anything prints.
