Card mailer questions
Which size do I need?
One Touch & Slabs: the 5" × 7" flat pouch. A one-touch, a graded slab (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC — about 3.3" × 5.4") or a repack with extras all fit with room to slide in and out without scuffing.
A multi-slab lot needs a bigger bag — ask for a quote.
Is the bag tamper-evident?
The heat seal is — once you seal the bag shut, it can't be opened without visibly tearing it. It isn't a certified tamper-evident closure, and the page doesn't call it one.
Will the bag protect cards from light and moisture?
Yes — the metallized film is fully opaque and holds moisture under 0.02 g/100in²/day, which covers both fading and warping.
Can I print a different design per break or per team?
Yes — each design is its own print run from 500 bags with no plate or setup fees, so a per-team or per-event mailer is a few hundred dollars, not a few thousand.
What is the minimum order for custom card mailers?
500 bags on every size — most converters will not quote a card breaker under 5,000 per run.
