Roasters: a bag printed for this origin, this season. Barrier film keeps a light roast tasting like roast day, a degassing-ready seal for fresh beans, and runs from 500 so a single-origin release never outlasts its packaging.

Our press floor, Oak Park, Michigan
Most coffee packaging is brokered — you buy from a company that buys from a factory it has never walked into. Your bags are printed on our own presses, by the people who set up your artwork.
Six things a coffee brand can check before it spends a dollar with us.
<0.1 cc
Staling is oxidation — the film stops itCoffee goes stale when oxygen reaches the bean through the packaging itself, and a light roast shows it first. Metallized film under 0.1 cc/100in²/day is what decides whether an Ethiopian still tastes like fruit at week 8, or like cardboard.
500 bags
A bag per origin, not a sticker per seasonA seasonal single-origin you'll sell 500 bags of doesn't justify a pallet of packaging, so most roasters put a label on a stock bag. From 500, every release carries its own artwork — origin, tasting notes, roast date — printed corner to corner.
Opaque
Light and moisture outRoasted beans pick up moisture and lose aromatics to light. The metallized layer is fully opaque and holds moisture under 0.02 g/100in²/day, which keeps the oils in the bean instead of on the inside of the bag.

We own the pressesYour bags are printed on our own equipment in Oak Park, Michigan. Most "manufacturers" in this category are brokers reselling an overseas run — there is nobody between your file and our press.
500 bags
500 bags, not 5,000Most converters will not quote a roaster under 5,000 units. Quick Order starts at 500, with no plate fee and no setup fee, so a new SKU costs a few hundred dollars to test instead of a few thousand.
7–10 days
Printed and shipped freeProduction runs 7–10 business days from the day you approve the proof, and shipping anywhere in the US is free — quoted in the price you saw, not added at checkout.

A 5" × 8" × 2.5" stand-up pouch — whole bean is light for its volume, so the standard 12 oz retail bag needs the middle size on this page, not the smallest.
The 6″×9″×3″ takes a full pound of whole bean, the 7″×11″×3.5″ a 2 lb wholesale or café bag, and the 3″×7″ flat pouch a 1–2 oz sample or single pour-over dose.
No — we don't fit degassing valves. Roasters who print with us let freshly roasted beans off-gas before filling, then seal into the barrier film, which is standard practice for small-batch and seasonal releases.
If sealing straight off the roaster with a valve is a hard requirement for your process, we'd rather tell you now than after you've approved a proof.
Yes — metallized high-barrier film holds oxygen under 0.1 cc/100in²/day and moisture under 0.02 g/100in²/day, which covers the two things that stale a roast.
Yes — each design is its own run from 500 bags with no plate or setup fees, so a per-origin or per-season bag costs a few hundred dollars, not a few thousand.
500 bags on every size — most converters will not quote a roaster under 5,000 per run.
Every size, from the smallest flat pouch to the 8" × 12" × 4", starts at 500 bags — a tenth of the run most converters ask for, which is what makes testing a new SKU possible without committing to a run you have never sold a unit of.
About 7–10 business days from the day you approve your proof, because every bag is printed in-house in Oak Park, Michigan.
