Aroma-barrier film that keeps the bergamot in the Earl Grey and the grass in the matcha — a tea that smells like the blend on the last scoop, not just the first.

Our press floor, Oak Park, Michigan
Most tea packaging is brokered — you buy from a company that buys from a factory it has never walked into. Your bags are printed on our own presses, by the people who set up your artwork.
Six things a tea brand can check before it spends a dollar with us.
Aroma
The aromatics stay in the bagWhat makes a tea taste like its blend is volatile — bergamot, jasmine, the grassiness of a fresh sencha — and it walks straight through paper and thin poly. Multi-layer metallized film is an aroma barrier in both directions: nothing leaks out, and the tea doesn't pick up the smell of whatever sits next to it.
<0.02 g
Dry leaf, every scoopTea is hygroscopic — it takes on moisture from the air, which dulls flavour and can spoil a blend with fruit or flowers in it. Film under 0.02 g/100in²/day keeps the leaf at the moisture it was packed at.
Opaque
Green stays greenLight fades a green tea and dulls a matcha within weeks in a clear bag. The metallized layer is fully opaque, so the colour and the catechins that came with it hold for the shelf life.
Oak Park, Michigan
We own the pressesYour bags are printed on our own equipment in Oak Park, Michigan. Most "manufacturers" in this category are brokers reselling an overseas run — there is nobody between your file and our press.
500 bags
500 bags, not 5,000Most converters will not quote a tea brand under 5,000 units. Quick Order starts at 500, with no plate fee and no setup fee, so a new SKU costs a few hundred dollars to test instead of a few thousand.
7–10 days
Printed and shipped freeProduction runs 7–10 business days from the day you approve the proof, and shipping anywhere in the US is free — quoted in the price you saw, not added at checkout.

A 4" × 6" × 2" stand-up pouch — loose leaf is the lightest product we pack, so 2–4 oz fills the bag a heavier product would call an 8 oz.
The 5″×8″×2.5″ takes 8 oz of loose leaf, the 6″×9″×3″ a 1 lb wholesale or café bag, and the 2.5″×7″ flat pouch a sachet pack or a single-steep sample.
Yes — the 2.5" × 7" flat pouch is sized for a sachet sample or a small count of pyramid bags, and the stand-up pouches carry a full retail count.
Yes — metallized high-barrier film holds moisture under 0.02 g/100in²/day and oxygen under 0.1 cc/100in²/day, and is fully opaque, which covers the three things that flatten a tea: humidity, air and light.
Yes — the bag prints edge to edge on both sides, so the back panel carries temperature, steep time, ingredients and any caffeine note at a readable size.
500 bags on every size — most converters will not quote a tea brand under 5,000 per run.
Every size, from the smallest flat pouch to the 8" × 12" × 4", starts at 500 bags — a tenth of the run most converters ask for, which is what makes testing a new SKU possible without committing to a run you have never sold a unit of.
About 7–10 business days from the day you approve your proof, because every bag is printed in-house in Oak Park, Michigan.
