Marketing communications & SMS terms.

When you submit a form on brandmybags.com, on Facebook or Instagram, or anywhere else we collect your contact details, and you check the box or tap the button that references these terms, you give BrandMyBags (US Printing and Packaging, LLC) your express written consent to contact you about custom packaging at the phone number and email address you provided — by text message, email, and phone call, including calls and texts sent with automated technology or prerecorded messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can place an order or buy anything we sell without agreeing to marketing messages. Some of our lead forms — for example a quote request on Facebook or Instagram — ask you to agree so that we can follow up on the request you're making; if you'd rather not, you can always reach us by phone or email instead. We will still send you the messages needed to deliver what you asked for (a quote you requested, a proof to approve, an order confirmation), which are transactional, not marketing.

Program. BrandMyBags customer alerts and offers — quote follow-ups, proof and order updates, and occasional promotions such as first-order pricing.

Frequency. Message frequency varies; typically no more than 4 messages a month, plus any messages about a quote or order you have in progress.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

To stop. Reply STOP to any message and you'll be unsubscribed immediately; you'll get one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also email info@brandmybags.com or call 248.985.8777.

For help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the email or number above.

Your number stays with us. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with any third party for their own marketing. Our messaging platform processes messages on our behalf only.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major US carriers; delivery is subject to your carrier's network.

Marketing emails come from a brandmybags.com address, say who they're from and what they're about in the subject line, and carry our mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days and usually immediately. You can also reply to any email with "unsubscribe" or write to info@brandmybags.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email about a quote, proof or order you have with us.

A member of our team may call the number you gave us to follow up on your request. Calls are typically made during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. If you'd rather not be called, tell the person who calls, or email info@brandmybags.com with "do not call" and the number — we'll add it to our internal do-not-call list within 30 days, and sooner in practice. We honour the National Do Not Call Registry for numbers we have no existing relationship with.

When you agree, we keep a record of the form you submitted, the date and time, the consent wording shown to you, and — for website forms — your IP address and browser. We keep that record for as long as we contact you and for four years after you opt out, so we can show you agreed if asked.

You can ask what we hold, ask us to stop contacting you on any channel, or ask us to delete your details, under the Privacy Policy. Opting out of marketing does not delete your account or order history.
