Getting your artwork right the first time means faster turnaround and fewer proof revisions. Here's what you need to know:
File Formats: We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PSD, SVG, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred because they scale without losing quality.
Color Mode: All artwork should be in CMYK color mode for accurate print reproduction. RGB files will be converted, which may result in slight color shifts.
Resolution: Raster images (PNG, JPG, PSD) should be at least 300 DPI at full print size. Low-resolution images will appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
Die Line Templates: Always design within our die line templates, available for download on the upload page. The template shows the exact dimensions, bleed areas, and safe zones for your pouch size.
Bleed Area: Extend your background design at least 0.125 inches beyond the trim line on all sides. This ensures no white edges appear after cutting.
If you're unsure about any of these requirements, our team reviews every file before production and will reach out if adjustments are needed.
