What size bag do I need for a 10-pack of gummies?
A 4" × 4" × 2" stand-up pouch — sized for a 10-count of gummies or mints with room for the compliance panel.
The 4″×6″×2″ takes a 20–30 count retail pack and the 5″×8″×2.5″ a bulk pack or chocolate bars. Flower sizes are on the cannabis flower page.
Is the packaging child-resistant certified?
Yes — the child-resistant zipper is certified to ASTM D3475-20 and CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20; choose it on the order step.
Certification applies to the closure, not the artwork, so the same printed design can run with or without it for markets with different rules.
Is the bag smell-proof?
Yes — multi-layer metallized film is an aroma barrier in both directions.
Can I print the state compliance panel on the bag?
Yes — the bag prints edge to edge on both sides, so the back panel carries dosage, warnings, batch and test fields at a readable size. Your artwork is what carries the state's required elements; we print what you approve.
What is the minimum order for custom edibles pouches?
100 bags on most sizes — most converters will not quote an edibles brand under 5,000 per run.
The 6" × 9" × 3", 7" × 11" × 3.5" and 8" × 12" × 4" start at 500, because a bag that size fills a press sheet on its own. Everything smaller shares a sheet with other orders, which is what makes 100 possible — and what makes testing a new SKU possible without committing to a run you have never sold a unit of.
